Member Correspondence
What NewScape Members Receive

Communication is where most providers fall short. NewScape members receive it in writing, on a schedule, before they have to ask. The samples on this page are real correspondence with property names removed.

Membership

The standard of communication

Compare what follows with what your property receives from its current provider today.

Membership is extended by review, after a conversation about expectations on both sides.

The Monthly Service Calendar

Published ahead of each month: every mowing, detail, pruning, irrigation inspection and pest control visit, on the calendar before the month begins.

Weather Statements

When weather moves the schedule, members are told in writing, with the forecast and the reasoning, and what continues on site that week.

Seasonal Briefings, Delivered First

Each briefing arrives directly before the season turns, so budget and scheduling decisions are made while the window is still open.

Storm Response Priority

After a storm, members on the priority list are served first in every phase of cleanup, ahead of every other property on the schedule.

Monthly Walk-Through

A monthly walk with each community’s designated representative, so priorities are set together and nothing is left to assumption.

Priority Access

A dedicated account representative, Account Services for day-to-day requests, and an irrigation emergency line reserved for members.

Sample · Monthly Service Calendar

Every visit, on the calendar before the month begins

Each member property receives its own calendar ahead of the month: full service mowing days, pruning, the monthly irrigation inspection and pest control, color-coded by service. When weather moves a visit, the reason is put in writing.

The Forecast

A cold front sinking into the peninsula stalls over central Florida midweek, with low pressure developing along the boundary and deep tropical moisture riding with it. The National Weather Service carries rain chances of 90 percent across Lee and Collier counties Wednesday and Thursday, with two to four inches of rainfall forecast over five days and locally higher amounts possible.

Why Service May Be Adjusted

Heavy equipment on very wet soil compacts it, and mowing wet grass spreads water-borne disease across a property. Service that shifts is rescheduled, not dropped.

What Continues This Week
  • Site presence. Crews remain on the property on their scheduled days.
  • Debris and drainage. Debris removal, and inspection of storm drains, inlets and swales.
  • Hard surfaces. Walks, drives and entries cleared.
  • Irrigation. Controllers reviewed so no system runs into saturated ground.
  • Documentation. Areas holding water noted and reported to management.
